$1,000 Sign-on Bonus*

  • Hourly rate per massage hour: $35 - $54 per hour + tips for everyone
  • Average bi-weekly check for our therapists is $2,450 per paycheck plus cash tips
  • LMT license and insurance reimbursement: 100% reimbursement


Paid Time Off (PTO):


  A) 6 personal/sick days after 6 months


  B) 4 vacation days after 1 year


  C) 8 vacation days after 3 years

  • Medical benefits: $100 per month toward medical benefits 
  • Fuel allowance: $100 per month for any employee living 20+ miles from the spa
  • 401k plan: Available WITH a 1% company match 


Request rate bonuses paid monthly:


 A) $50 bonus for 50% - 75% requested appointments in the past month


 B) $75 bonus per month for over 75% requested appointments in the past month


*Sign-on bonus paid as follows:$500 after 6 months of full-time employment and $500 after 12 months of full-time employment.
